Unit Viewing
All bidders can view unit contents from outside, no one allowed inside

Must be completed by posted time; no disposal provided.
Short-Term Rentals

Inventory & Photos
Each unit comes with an inventory list and photos prior to removal.
Sales Tax Information
Buyers not eligible for Sales Tax Exemption must pay 5% Virginia Sales Tax on the final bid.
Buyers purchasing for resale must sign the Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and are exempt from 5% tax.
